Workspace solutions

Speed up your production

The foundation of a smart and productive workshop

Profitex workshop solutions help align workshops more closely with the reality of production. By organising handling, workstations and material flows more intelligently, the result is better overview, fewer unnecessary actions and a calmer, more efficient working environment. This means Fepatex goes beyond workshop layout alone. It supports a production process that runs more smoothly and is easier to work with.

Confection tables

A good confection table should not only provide workspace, but also fit the way work is actually done in practice. When tables do not match the workshop or the application properly, awkward handling, less overview and unrest on the work floor arise more quickly.

The Profitex confection tables have a modular design and can be linked together into a setup that fits the available space and the production process. Mobile versions on wheels are also available, as well as solutions for both standing and seated work. This improves flexibility, ergonomics and overview in the workshop.

Air tables

With large and heavy materials, moving and positioning often takes unnecessary time and effort. This quickly leads to less accuracy, more physical strain and less calm in the process.

Profitex air tables form the basis of many setups. Thanks to the airflow through the tabletop, tarpaulin and fabric move much more easily across the table, making handling lighter and allowing more accurate work during cutting, welding and finishing. Thanks to their modular design, the tables can be adapted to the workshop and grow along with the process.

Turn and buffer station

With larger fabrics and longer lengths, turning and repositioning often takes a lot of time and control. Especially between production steps, this can lead to awkward handling, delays and unrest on the work floor.

With a Profitex turn and buffer station, material can be turned, received and repositioned more easily during processing. This helps keep the workflow moving more smoothly between steps such as welding, eyeleting and further finishing, with less manual handling and more control in the process.

Machine tables

A machine only performs at its best when it is properly integrated into the workplace. If the setup is not logical, it leads to extra handling, less accuracy and more unrest in the process.

The Profitex machine tables are developed to integrate eyelet machines into the workshop in a practical and ergonomic way. They are available for standing or seated work, connect well with confection and air tables, and can be fitted with adjustable stops and mobile frames. This creates a workstation that fits the application better and helps operators work faster, more neatly and more comfortably.

Unwinding and processing rolls

With roll material, a lot of time is lost on lifting, moving and positioning the material correctly. This creates physical strain and makes the production flow less stable than necessary.

With solutions such as the Easy Cube, Roll Cube and Roll Mover, unwinding and processing rolls becomes easier to control. The Easy Cube supports unwinding and processing on the table or floor, the Roll Cube helps with easy transport and unwinding of larger rolls, and the Roll Mover provides controlled and stable winding and unwinding during processing.

Receiving at the end of the process

After a production step, material needs to be received properly to prevent contamination, damage or unnecessary handling. Especially with wider sections or longer fabrics, this makes a clear difference in keeping the workflow calm and organised.

The Roll Tray is developed to receive material neatly at the end of the production process. This helps keep the product under better control and makes the work floor more organised and practical to use.

Storage and internal transport of rolls

When rolls are not stored logically or are difficult to move, this costs time and creates more unrest on the work floor. Especially with heavier rolls, a safe and practical storage solution is important.

With solutions such as the Roll Holder, Roll Rack and Roll Tower, rolls can be stored in a clear and organised way and moved more easily within the workshop. Thanks to swivel castors and brakes, these solutions are practical to use.

Vertical roll storage

Loose rolls and leftover rolls quickly take up space and often create cluttered storage on the work floor. Especially when materials are changed frequently, it is important that rolls are easy to access and can be put back neatly.

Media Racks and Spin Racks are developed for vertical roll storage. This creates a compact and accessible storage solution in which rolls remain clearly organised together and the workshop becomes calmer and better organised.

Wall storage for rolls

When floor space is limited, storage quickly becomes a constraint in the workshop. In that case, it makes sense to use wall space as well for materials that would otherwise take up unnecessary room.

Profitex Wall Racks are designed for horizontal wall-mounted roll storage. This keeps the floor clear, creates better overview and makes more efficient use of the available space.

Controlled unwinding of heavy rolls

With heavy rolls, controlled unwinding is essential for stable material feeding and a smooth production flow. When this is done manually, it requires more physical effort and increases the risk of disruption or delays during processing.

The Profitex Roll Drive is developed for controlled unwinding of heavy rolls. This creates a consistent material feed that helps operators work faster, more calmly and more consistently in the next production steps.

Controlled roll-up of finished fabrics

At the end of the process, manual roll-up often takes a lot of time and physical effort. Especially with fabrics that have already been finished with eyelets, zips or keder, it is more difficult to roll the material up tightly, straight and in a controlled way.

The Profitex Roll Master is developed specifically to roll up these finished fabrics tightly and in a controlled way. This eliminates manual roll-up and results in more consistency, less physical strain and a neater end result.

A workshop that fits your process better

With Profitex, Fepatex provides companies not only with individual workshop solutions, but with a work floor that is organised more logically around handling, ergonomics and production flow. This means that tables, roll handling and winding and unwinding solutions fit better with the way production takes place in your workshop.
